POWELL TOWNSHIP -- Powell Township water customers found themselves without service on Monday afternoon.

According to Powell Township officials, a water main broke and caused loss of service at around 2:30 p.m. Officials expect to have water service restored at around 6 p.m. on Monday.

There is a water boil advisory expected after water services have been returned to the Powell Township customers.
