ESCANABA -- The Escanaba YMCA is hosting its fourth annual Fall Family Festival this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the YMCA gymnasium.

The family-fun event is completely free to the public. It's a way to spend quality time while enjoying fall-themed activities like hay rides, cake, raffles, and of course, food.

The event is also a chance to see the opportunities the YMCA offers, like fitness classes, a swimming pool, and free programs.

"People have been here in the past and they want to tell all their friends what a great event it is and so they'll bring all of their friends and it just keeps getting better and better," said marketing director Hadele Peacock.

The membership marketing director says about 300 people normally attend the event, but last year there was close to 600 attendees.
