HOUGHTON -- Nichole Saatio, one of the Chassell meth lab suspects, was not in Houghton County Circuit Court on Monday. Saatio's lawyer asked the judge for a continuance and told him that Saatio is receiving treatment from the Odyssey House, a substance abuse facility.

The 25-year-old is charged with possessing methamphetamine and ecstasy and operating or maintaining a meth lab.

The judge set another pretrial in January, and the prosecuting attorney says Saatio may be tried with another meth lab suspect next year.
