MARQUETTE -- A Marquette chiropractor is trying to drive home the importance of health and wellness in one's life, particularly in children.

He first talked about neurodevelopment disorders such as ADHD and ADD and how stress plays a role in causing them. Then he touched on the different stressors in one's life and what adults can do to prevent them in children.

He says early chiropractics and proper nutrition in children can make all the difference in a healthy life.

"We are the accumulation of our stress," said Chiropractor Brandon Turino.

"Our health is literally the accumulation of our stress over time, and so, less stress means a better life. To be able to mitigate those stresses or to avoid them or to avoid them completely leverages into a healthier lifestyle."

Dr. Turino has workshops once a month, and to learn more about when they are, click here.
