WHITE PINE -- A White Pine man is jailed after an incident involving a gun.

According to the Ontonagon County Sheriff's Department, they were called out to a White Pine home just before 4 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

The 34-year-old suspect had barricaded himself into a room, armed with a rifle.  He surrendered a short time later without incident.

He was arrested for reckless use of a firearm and brandishing a firearm.  His name is being withheld pending arraignment.
