Police find marijuana growing in Norway

NORWAY -- Police say they've discovered a marijuana growing operation in Norway.  State Police were serving an unrelated warrant on the 600 block of Saginaw Street when they found the pot plants.
    
Officers say they seized about 96 marijuana plants.  Twenty-five-year-old Christopher Charles Bennett of Norway was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of the controlled substance, both felony offenses.
    
Bennett is scheduled to appear in Dickinson County District Court for a preliminary exam April 18.
