BARK RIVER -- Twenty-year-old Alec Jeffery Vanenkevort is in jail on criminal sexual conduct charges on Wednesday.

Troopers from the Gladstone Post were called out to OSF Saint Francis Hospital, according to the Michigan State Police.  A juvenile female reported that she had been sexually assaulted.

After investigating the complaint, they found and arrested Vanenkevort early on Wednesday morning.  He was arrested on a charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct. 

Third degree CSC is a felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Vanenkevort is being held on $25,000 cash bond.
