BARK RIVER -- A man is out of jail, on embezzlement charges. Jason Bradley Ives, 32, of Bark River, is accused of scamming people in alleged property deals.
Ives has been bound over to Delta County Circuit Court on four counts of larceny by conversion. He's alleged to have scammed tens of thousands of dollars from customers buying property and also hiring him as a contractor.
