The Knights of Columbus in Harvey host the breakfast once a month

HARVEY -- It's a tradition that Saint Louis the King Church-goers in Harvey look forward to one Sunday each month:  the Knights of Columbus 6447 Council's pancake breakfast.

Right after service, eggs, pancakes and delicious cheesy potatoes are served up, all for a good cause.  The breakfast raises money for local charities.

"We support Bay Cliff, the Chocolay Therapeutic Riding Academy, and the Sandara House, and usually we pick out three charities every year," says grand knight Mike Gschwind.

Sunday, the Knights cooked their final breakfast of the season.  They'll take two months off for the summer.

Breakfast costs $6 per individual or $15 per family.
