NORWAY -- Update 4:50 p.m. EST

The person who was arrested in the Norway shooting incident Sunday morning has been identified as 35-year-old Kristi Marie Fraga of Norway.

Fraga was arraigned at 3:20 p.m. CT in Dickinson County District Court.  She is being charged on several counts, listed below.

- Assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder
- Stolen property/stealing a motor vehicle
- Assault, resisting or causing injury to a police officer
- Malicious destruction of police property
- Fleeing police
- Delivery/manufacturing a narcotic less than 50 grams
- Maintaining a drug house

Fraga is being held on $95,000 bond.  Her preliminary exam is on June 17 at 8:30 a.m. CT in Dickinson County District Court.

Few details are being released yet about a shooting incident in Norway.

According to the Norway City Police, they were called out at 6:04 CDT Sunday morning to a shooting incident.

The victim was taken to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital and later transferred to Marquette General for further treatment.

The Norway Police are continuing to investigate and will release more about this developing story later on Monday.
