L'ANSE -- One of the three suspects involved in a Baraga drug bust last month is heading to circuit court.

Thirty-two-year-old Jammie Vadnais of Baraga waived her right to a preliminary exam Tuesday morning.  Vadnais was allegedly in possession of hydrocodone and marijuana when police searched her residence following the arrest of two other suspects.

The prelims for 40-year-old Paul Aubin of Baraga and 32-year old Eric Beaudoin of Flint were adjourned until May 17.  Both men are charged with delivery and manufacture of less than 50 grams of morphine.  Beaudoin is also charged with possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine.

Aubin and Beaudoin remain in custody, while Vadnais has bonded out.  She'll be arraigned in Circuit Court on May 17.
