Here are some of the stories we're covering today.
Our Facebook Story of the Day, as voted by our Facebook followers, deals with beach safety in Marquette. We had a few drownings last year, and many people were demanding action by the city. So what has changed? Anything? Kelly Gibbs will be looking into it and reporting the story on the Early News.
Also on the Early News, a town hall meeting with State Senator Tom Casperson in Munising. Will he hear complaints from teachers and other workers about what's happening in Lansing?
Also on the Early, gas prices. Don't look now, but some towns have now gone over the four dollar mark for a gallon of unleaded.
On TV6 News Tonight, an entertaining piece from Aaron Martin on the Kingsford Krush, the roller derby team. They're trying to get a roller rink renovated. Also High Tech Talk will be on Tonight.
Track fans, we'll have Mike Ludlum out at the Superior Dome, live, with the U.P.-wide track meet.
And weather on Easter Sunday? How's it look? Karl Bohnak will tell us.
See you on TV tonight.
