ESCANABA -- Registered nurses at OSF St Francis Hospital have ratified a group of economic proposals that will be incorporated into an existing three year labor agreement.

That announcement was made by the hospital on Friday.

The ratification follows 11 months of negotiations between the hospital and the Michigan Nurses Association.

"We are pleased we were able to reach an agreement that is mutually beneficial," said Wayne Seibert, the director of human resources at OSF.
