MARQUETTE COUNTY -- Because of a possible government shutdown, the Department of State must cancel "Passport Day in the USA," which had been scheduled for Saturday.

According to the Marquette County Clerk's office this decision came down late Friday afternoon.

They regret any inconvenience that may cause.

The Marquette County Clerk's office will hold its regular business hours Monday.
