Some fans celebrate early

MARQUETTE -- There may still be two days until the big football game, but that didn't stop some fans from celebrating a little early.

The VAST parking lot in Marquette was transformed into a tailgate party Friday afternoon, complete with hamburgers, hot dogs, and brats.  VAST began hosting parties for the community in 1997 when the Packers were in the Super Bowl.  They took a break for a few years, but decided to bring back the tradition.

"We just thought it would be a great way to bring the community back together, enjoy some of our success with the community and whatnot.  And again, the Pack is back!" says CFO Chris Van Able.

VAST was expecting close to 100 people to show up for the tailgate party.
