Max Charles Fisher, who pled guilty to attempted ethnic intimidation of a Trenary couple last summer, has been sentenced to 90 days in jail, 30 of them immediately.

He's also been sentenced to twelve months of probation.  In addition, he's been fined $1178, along with a $300 probation fee.  His sentence was handed down in Alger County District Court.

The other defendant in the case, Casey Trobridge, did not accept a plea deal.  His trial continued in Munising on Thursday.

Both Trobridge and Fisher were charged with threatening a biracial couple in Trenary and telling them to leave town.
