GLADSTONE -- A 16-year-old Rapid River girl is hospitalized after being hit by a car Sunday afternoon.
    
According to Gladstone Public Safety, that happened on Delta Avenue, just before 5 p.m.
    
The teen was getting into a car when a vehicle hit the car and then the girl.
    
The 76-year-old Gladstone women driving the second vehicle was having a diabetic reaction.

The 16 year old is currently hospitalized in Green Bay for a skull fracture and broken  pelvis.
    
The elderly driver was treated at the scene and released.

The incident remains under investigation.
