IRON MOUNTAIN -- Forty-three-year-old Scott Warren Carney plead guilty to delivery of heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and maintaining a drug house.

He also will be sentenced as a third-time habitual offender.

Carney's co-defendant, 35-year-old Rodgers Lee Shealy of Coleman, Wisconsin, waived his preliminary examination and is waiting to be bound over to circuit court.

Carney will be sentenced October 29.
