NEGAUNEE -- One person was taken to the hospital Friday morning after a two-car crash in Negaunee.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of US-41 and Baldwin Avenue.

It appears one car was broadsided by another.

The driver of the other vehicle was treated at the scene.

Traffic was down to one lane in each direction as emergency personnel cleared the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
