Cynthia Pryor was arrested for trespassing
MARQUETTE COUNTY -- Wednesday April, 21, 2010, 11:56 a.m.
Cynthia Pryor has plead not guilty, after being arrested for trespassing.
Pryor was arrested on Tuesday at the Kennecott mine site--she was allegedly blocking a bulldozer.
Wednesday morning, Pryor was charged with one misdemeanor count of trespass.
If found guilty, she could be sentenced to 30 days in jail and a fine.
A bond was set at ten percent of $1,000 dollars.
Pryor's preliminary exam is set for may 6.

An outspoken opponent of the Kennecott mine is in jail after being arrested for trespassing.
Cynthia Pryor of the Yellow Dog Watershed Preserve was taken into custody just before noon Tuesday.
State Police were called to the Kennecott mine site for a report of a person blocking a bulldozer.
Pryor is expected to be arraigned on the trespassing charge Wednesday.
