MARQUETTE -- The Woman and Children's Center at Marquette General Hospital offers fun ways you and your children can make friends and learn new skills together.

The center offers a play group at the U.P. Children's Museum.

This allows the children a chance to interact with each other and with their moms and dads.

The program is $12 a month and also includes activities like stories, circle time, and puppet shows.

"The moms and dads also get to interact and share stories and get support and just share a fun time with their kids," said instructor, Marissa Palomaki.

The program meets once a week.
