A teacher at Ewen-Trout Creek High School has been charged with fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.

He was bound over to Ontonagon County Circuit Court on Tuesday.

Twenty-five-year-old Matthew Guyton is accused of touching a 15-year-old girl in a sexual manner while intoxicated at the Ewen Log Jamboree last September.

The incident was reported to the state police in December.

Ewen-Trout Creek High School placed the teacher on administrative leave after the incident was reported.

Guyton remains free on bond.
