ISHPEMING AND KINGSFORD -- The digital deadline is drawing closer and the Michigan Association of Broadcasters is helping people get ready.
    
All across the state today, training sessions will be held to show the public how to install and operate digital conversion boxes. 

The boxes are needed for anyone who currently gets an analog signal through an antenna.
    
The public sessions start at 6 p.m. and a photo i.d. is required to get in.
    
Local sessions will be held at the Ishpeming and Kingsford Armories.
