DICKINSON COUNTY -- An Iron Mountain man will be heading to prison after reaching a new agreement in Dickinson County.

On Monday, Michael Jo-Rivers Cootware was back in court. After rescinding previous guilty pleas, he again pled guilty to aggravated indecency, habitual offender third offense and a probation violation.

The charges against Cootware originate from incidents of indecent exposure at the Walmart in Iron Mountain, according to authorities.

Cootware was sentenced immediately with one year and one day to four years in prison, and received 145 days credit for time served.

He will also register as a sex offender.
