GWINN -- A Gwinn man who was originally charged with operating a meth lab in his house, is in jail Friday.
Aaron Armatti, 38, is being held on a probation violation. The Marquette County Probation Office was not available for comment on the violation he was picked up on.
Armatti is in custody due to a single vehicle crash this past Sunday outside Escanaba. He was injured and taken to the hospital. Once released, Armatti was taken into police custody on the probation issue.
Last May Armatti was on trial on the meth lab charge, which resulted in his house exploding. However, before the trail ended Armatti took a plea deal to a lesser charge of using a controlled substance, which is a misdemeanor.
Armatti is scheduled for a court probation hearing on November 1.
