ISHPEMING -- Families of Cliffs Natural Resources employees learned a lot about healthy living this Saturday at a Health Expo in Ishpeming.

Whether they were getting a flu shot, a cholesterol test, or speaking with various vendors, promoting health and wellness was the common goal. Even massages were available.

"We're really glad that we're able to open this up to the employees and their families to get our employees to realize that there's better, healthy choices and meals and a also to stay healthy through the whole year," said E. J. Kutchie, a senior public affairs associate for Cliffs Natural Resources.

There were also fun activities for children. Cooks demonstrated healthy cooking to inspire participants to eat for their own wellness. This was the fourth year for the Cliff's Health Expo.
