HOUGHTON -- The Pine Mountain Music Festival isn't just for classical music lovers.
If you like jazz, the festival is offering you the opportunity to listen to 1930's and 1940's swing jazz.
Thursday night Steve Jones, The Garden City Hot Club and Glenn Basham performed at the Continental Fire Company in Houghton.
“This kind of music has a large following of people that really love this kind of swing-hot club music and for us to bring it to the forefront in this kind of setting in association with the Pine Mountain Music Festival is exposure for that type of music that a lot of people love,” said Steve Jones, musician.
If you missed Thursday night's performance, don't worry, there will be an encore presentation 7 p.m. Saturday night at the Orpheum Theater in Hancock.
The Appleseed Collective will open the show and tickets are $10 at the door.
