Bomb threat causes school closure

MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP -- North Star Academy in Marquette Township has been closed due to a bomb threat on Friday, according to the superintendent.

Students were evacuated from the building and the school has been closed down due to the bomb threat. The students are being moved to the Marq-Tran transportation center and awaiting transportation home, according to a school official.

We will provide more information if and when any becomes available.
