Two head to court after break-in

MARQUETTE COUNTY -- Two men that police believe were connected to an incident in Forsyth Township will return to court in October.

On August 29, police responded to a call of a break-in of a home on Princeton Drive in Gwinn. Two men were arrested for the alleged incident.

Philip Boyette and Philip Boyette, Jr. are both charged with first degree home invasion. Boyette Jr. is also charged with resisting and obstructing.

Forty-seven-year-old Boyette Sr., 47, will be in Marquette County District Court on October 1 for the continuation of his preliminary hearing. Twenty-eight-year-old Boyette Jr. waived his preliminary hearing. He will be in Marquette County Circuit Court on October 5 for his arraignment.
