HOUGHTON -- A Calumet man, who police say was caught with several bags of marijuana along with a scale, will have his case go to trial.

Twenty-one-year-old Joshua Beaudoin was in Houghton County Circuit Court Monday, facing two counts of delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance. On July 4, Beaudoin was pulled over for a loud exhaust, but police said they could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Beaudoin will head to trial in February of next year.
