IRON MOUNTAIN -- Two Kingsford men arrested on drug charges had their arraignments in Dickinson County District Court Tuesday.
In front of the judge were 38-year-old Timothy William Hubbard and 21-year-old David Mcarthur Weaver, Jr., facing charges of possesion of a controled substance, delivery or manufacture of marijuana, and maintaining a drug house.
Both men were arrested in Kingsford when police executed a warrant. During the search they seized marijuana plants, processed marijuana, cash, and a computer.
Hubbard and Weaver will be back in court for a preliminary hearing September 25.
