LUCE COUNTY -- Three people charged with breaking into a Luce County home in June have entered guilty pleas.

On Tuesday, 32-year-old Theresa Faye Kinney plead guilty to first degree home invasion. Her sentencing date is set for October 23.

Earlier, the other two suspects charged in the incident including 18-year-old Markus Kinney and 21-year-old Zachary Sturgeon also plead guilty to first degree home invasion. Their sentencing date is scheduled for October 9.

Charges of assault with intent to rob while armed were dropped in all three cases. This stems from an incident on June 27, when a resident of County Road 405 in Luce County contacted police after several suspects entered their home and stole prescription drugs.
