MENOMINEE -- Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team detectives arrested four people on Tuesday in two separate incidents regarding heroin in the City of Menominee.
A Menominee man was arrested on heroin charges in the first incident. UPSET detectives are seeking additional charges on a woman connected to that case.
In a second incident, three people from Illinois were arrested on several heroin related charges. Detectives said that a search warrant was executed on a hotel room and a large quantity of heroin was seized. Authorities also found cash and evidence of heroin distribution.
UPSET detectives were assisted by members of the Menominee City Police Department and the Marinette Drug Team.
