MARQUETTE -- The Negaunee woman who embezzled thousands of dollars from Anthony's Automotive in Marquette was in Marquette County Circuit Court Wednesday, this time to try and modify her restitution.

Judge Thomas Solka denied the motion to modify Annette Cox's restitution.  She had been sentenced to two years probation with the requirement that she pay at least $50 a month in restitution until she pays off $75,000.  But that was raised to $350 a month after the judge found out out she was receiving more income through social security for disability.

She will have to pay $300 to avoid jail time.
