MARQUETTE -- The Lake Superior Theatre is gearing up for a one woman show that tells the tale of the author of the Dandelion Cottage. The play is called Behind the Dandelions and was written by the show's star, Monica Nordeen.
The story focuses on the author of the dandelion cottage, Carol Watson Rankin. The play also features an original musical score.
"It's just a great evening of entertainment. It is a magical experience. The show is a lot of fun with the music and everything; it just transports you to a different place, and I think everyone can enjoy that," said Monica Nordeen, author and star of the show.
Behind the Dandelions runs Wednesday through August 17. All show times are at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors. For more information on the Lake Superior Theatre, click here.
