GROVER -- A five-year-old boy, who was in critical condition following a crash, has died.

The Marinette County Coroner was notified Saturday morning of the death of Nathan B. Felter, a passenger in a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Cayla Lynn Graves. The accident happened last Thursday night in the town of Grover.

Graves pulled out from Kasal Ln. and crossed the path of a truck traveling on US-41, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Nathan was the son of Graves' friend.

The Marinette County Sheriff says this is the ninth traffic fatality in 2012.
