Two vehicles involved in US-41 crash

NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP -- Two vehicles were involved in a crash on US-41 near Midway Drive on Monday afternoon.

According to police, a mini-van pulled out of Midway Drive into the path of a westbound pickup truck. There were three people in the van, and one person in the truck.

The only injuries reported were seatbelt abrasions. Officials reported that two kids were in the mini-van, but their seatbelts were fastened securely.

There was extensive vehicle damage.
