TOMAHAWK, WIS. (AP) -- The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department has identified the two men severely burned in an accident at Tomahawk mill, including one who died.

Officials say 47-year-old Dennis Gougeon died at UW Hospital Tuesday evening. Twenty-nine-year-old Dustin Hale remains in critical condition at the hospital's burn center. The men were working as contractors from Ontonagon, Mich., when they were burned by fly ash at Packaging Corp. of America Tuesday. Fly ash is produced during coal combustion.

WSAW-TV (http://bit.ly/MF3L59 ) says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the accident. It's not the first fatal accident at the plant, which produces corrugated packaging and container board. Three employees were killed in July of 2008 when sparks ignited flammable gas in a storage tank at the plant.
