MARQUETTE -- As the Teal Lake Triathlon approaches the YMCA of Marquette is looking for volunteers.
The triathlon features a 20k bike, 5k run and quarter mile swim at Teal Lake in Negaunee. There's also a kids triathlon for ages 5 to 14. Volunteers are needed for a variety of areas. They include set up, aid stations and lifeguard duty among others.
"We're about half way with volunteers, I would love another 25 to 30 volunteers and families are welcome if you want to bring your kids out on the course it's a great family community event to come out and get some exercise and just give back to the community," said YMCA Organizer Jenna Zdunek.
