UPPER PENINSULA -- Strong thunderstorms continue to move from west to east through Menominee and Delta Counties.  Radar estimates show up to three inches of rain over parts of the area with more on the way.  The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for Menominee and Delta Counties until 8E/7C time this evening.  There is still a threat for severe thunderstorms for much of south-central Upper Michigan into this evening.
