IRON MOUNTAIN -- Habitat for Humanity Menominee River had its 10th annual golf outing at the Timberstone Golf Course in Iron Mountain Thursday.

Golfers teed off all in the name of charity.  Eighty participants signed up this year for the four person scramble at $100 per person.  The event is held the last Thursday of May to raise money for Habitat housing projects.

"This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. We've been doing this for ten years, so yea, it's been a really good thing," said Shirley Wilkinson Fundraising Coordinator for HFHMR.

The 20 teams played 18 holes and also had a chance at a grand prize.

Edwards Automotive donated a brand new GMC Terrain for the hole-in-one prize.
