DELTA COUNTY -- Officials say firefighters have contained a 60-acre wildfire that happened near Round Lake in Delta County on Tuesday.

Crews from Alger and Delta counties, the Department of Natural Resources, and the U.S. Forest Service are on the scene of the fire, and will remain on site until the fire is completely extinguished.

A DNR plane was used during the fire to find hot spots from the air. There was no property damage as a result of the fire.  We will provide additional information if there are any updates.
