HOUGHTON -- The inmate who walked away from a Houghton County Sheriff's Office work crew has been captured.

Jeremy Walter Nordstrom was taken into custody at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.  He was arrested without incident at a camp in Keweenaw County and was transported back to the Houghton County Jail.

Nordstrom walked away from a work crew at the Houghton County Arena in Hancock on March 20.

He was serving time for a probation violation for larceny.  Nordstrom will now face additional charges stemming from the escape.
