IRONWOOD -- Two search warrants in the western Upper Peninsula resulted in the arrest of four people on felony drug charges.
According to the Gogebic-Iron Anti Narcotics Drug Enforcement Team (GIANT), the arrests come after a two-month long investigation.
On Friday, March 23, a search was conducted on a home on Curry Street in Ironwood. The other search was at a home at MacDonald Lane in Ironwood Township.
GIANT officers seized marijuana, prescription medications, money, computers and vehicles.
Four suspects are currently jailed in Gogebic County. Charges against them include possession with intent to deliver, delivery of controlled substances, weapons, and maintaining a drug house.
Names are being withheld pending arraignment.
