MARQUETTE -- It's that time of year again.  The annual "Pigs-n-Heat" fire relief fundraiser is Wednesday.

Pigs-n-Heat is a hockey game between the firefighters and law enforcement officers of Marquette County.  Admission is one dollar for the event with all proceeds going to benefit victims of fire loss in Marquette County.

This year marks the 29th annual game.  Since it's inception, the relief fund has raised over $300,000.

"There are over 100 prizes collected every year, so by buying a ticket, you get a chance to win a prize, and it's just a great way to support a great fund," said Marquette Fire Department Lt. Jeff Green.

The hockey game will be at Lakeview Arena Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Tickets are still on sale and can be purchased at the door or at any police or fire department.
