MARQUETTE -- Gale LaJoye's popular production, Snowflake, is, once again, in preparation for its holiday performance in Marquette.

This time around, the show partners with three music bands to benefit a good cause.  Proceeds will go to Room at the Inn, Children and Family Services, and Lutheran Social Services.

LaJoye's one-man show portrays the life of Snowflake, a local fixture in downtown Marquette from years ago.

Previously, Snowflake was scheduled to run sometime next year, but due to an outpour of eager fans, it was moved back it its original date.

"Great response so far, and I just realized that now it's become a tradition in Marquette, and I don't think I'm going to get out of doing it anymore, so I'll just have to figure on December 28 do a Snowflake performance," said LaJoye.
