MARQUETTE -- There are only days left to make a bid for a local piece of artwork put together for a good cause.

Two Marquette residents created a Packers jersey mosaic to raise money for a boy in need of a heart transplant.

The silent auction of the handcrafted item will help nine-year-old Griffin Heltsen and his family offset his medical costs.

The mosaic has been on display at the Peninsula Bank in Marquette, located on Front Street.

The bidding will end at 5 p.m. Friday,  just in time for the winner to pick it up before Christmas.
