Three people arraigned on drug charges in Gogebic County

GOGEBIC COUNTY -- Three people have been arraigned in Gogebic County after being arrested this past weekend on drug charges.

Alton Prince Green, 28, is charged with three counts of delivery and one count of possession with intent to deliver, less than 50 grams of cocaine.  Both charges are felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Christopher Paul Felder is charged with possession of less than 25 grams of Oxycodone Hydrochloride, a four year felony, and possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine.

This is a 20 year felony.

Also arraigned was 25-year-old Heaven Marie Allen, 25, who is charged with aiding and abetting the possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine, which is a 20 year felony.  She is also charged with maintaining a drug house, which is a 2 year misdemeanor.

All three remain in the Gogebic County Jail until they post bond.
