IRON MOUNTAIN -- A minimum of nine years in prison and a maximum of fifteen. That was the sentence handed to 63-year-old Bruce Kaat, the man found guilty of eight counts of criminal sexual conduct second degree against two girls under thirteen.
The incidents took place multiple times between 1985 and 1993.
“It has been defined as monstrous behavior. I don't see any reason to deviate from the plea agreement,” said Judge Richard Celello.
Kaat, an Indiana man, plead guilty to the charges on October 19.
All of the incidents took place in Iron Mountain.
