One Air Force cadet and five Army cadets were commissioned at the ceremony

HOUGHTON -- It was a day four years in the making for six Michigan Tech ROTC students. On Saturday morning, they were officially commissioned as military cadets at the Rozsa Center.

One Air Force cadet and five Army cadets were commissioned at the ceremony. Their assignments range from National Guard to Reserves throughout the country from Wyoming, to New York, to Oklahoma, just to name a few.

After taking their military oath, the cadets marched on to a reception with friends and family.
